Individual therapy rates: $250/hour - While we do not accept insurance, we offer superbills to aid you in obtaining reimbursement from your insurance company and/or flex spending account.

Note: Forward Conscious is a telehealth practice only. In-person sessions aren’t available at this time. If interested in concierge in-person therapy, please mention it on your application.  Forward Conscious is a private pay practice.

We’ll start with a free 15-minute call to talk about what you need and see how I can help.

Intake Sessions

Next, we’ll have 1-3 sessions where I’ll learn about you, your goals, and why you’re here.

Treatment Planning

Then, we’ll make a plan just for you. This plan will guide our work to help you reach your goals.

Ongoing Sessions

With a plan in place, we’ll start regular sessions, working together to help you grow and heal.
