Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
A goal-based approach that helps with conditions like depression, anxiety, and chronic pain.
CBT for Depression (CBT-D)
Focuses on identifying negative thinking patterns and developing new coping strategies.
CBT for Anxiety (CBT-A):
Works on changing thoughts and behaviors linked to anxiety, including using exposure therapy and mindfulness.
CBT for Chronic Pain (CBT-CP)
Aims to reduce pain by addressing thoughts about pain and using behavioral techniques.
CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I)
Helps you improve sleep by changing habits and reducing thoughts that interfere with sleep.
Supportive Therapy
Provides emotional support to help cope with life’s challenges.
Interpersonal Therapy for Reproductive Mental Health
Assists with mental health issues related to pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum.

Private pay therapy rates: $225/hour
While we do not accept most insurances, we do offer superbills to aid you in obtaining reimbursement from your insurance company and/or flex spending account.
